Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All orders Under $120 have a fixed rate of $14 and Free Shipping on orders over $120
We only ship to addresses within Australia, excluding PO boxes & parcel lockers.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs. We ship all packages through Australia Post, with an estimated delivery
of 3-8 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Summer time SHIPPING
Soy wax is a very soft wax and will start to melt if exposed to hot temperatures for long periods of time.
Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher for long periods of time.
Unfortunately, Mail trucks and shipping centres are not air conditioned.
However, to minimize the risks associated with shipping in hot weather. We will only ship out on Monday Mornings
I'm receiving error messages while trying to complete my order. What should I do?
In some cases when you experience issues during checkout these errors can be stored in your shopping session. If you're seeing error messages repeatedly while checking out a quick solution is often to logout of your account and try placing your order in a private browser window without signing into your account.
